Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you've purchased, but if something isn’t right, let us know. Lane-Knight gladly accepts returns of unused & unworn merchandise within 28 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may be returned for a store credit only. Although we check all merchandise for defects prior to shipment, note that it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to insure it is free of any defects. Note that shipping costs incurred for returns are not refundable. Please note that international purchases are not eligible for our complimentary shipping program. Swimsuits and lingerie are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for a return.

For returns:

A prepaid return shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States.  Use of the included pre-paid shipping label will result in a $10 charge deducted from the refund due to the client. Clients may purchase a shipping label from any mail carrier on their own, if they so wish.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, up to $15 will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment depending on the reason for the return.

Lane-Knight does not accept liability for returned items that are lost during transit. All merchandise purchased on sale or with a promotional discount will be refunded with a store credit. Please note that your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once received. Returns must be postmarked within 28 days of purchase. The item(s) returned must be in the same condition as it was sent.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund due, in order to cover our cost of the original shipment.

For exchanges

Lane-Knight does not offer a direct exchange at this time. If you are interested in securing an alternative size, style, or color, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item.
