In 2001, Lucy Peglar and Ignacio Bussy crossed paths in Bali and began traveling together. Inspired by their mutual philosophy of simplicity as luxury, the couple, now married with 2 daughters, began working together and designing accessories. During a visit to the states, their collection was purchased and sold out immediately. Lucy and Ignacio quickly returned to Indonesia to design more pieces, simultaneously launching their brand, Cocobelle. Known for classic styles and ancient influences, Cocobelle continues to attribute their travels as their foremost source of inspiration.
