Alexis Bittar

New Yorker Alexis Bittar is renowned for his modernist Lucite jewelry. He launched his collection in 1990 as a street vendor selling his amazing hand craved lucite pieces. Bittar has since gone on to collaborate with costume designer Patricia Fields to provide jewelry for the cast of the well known show Sex and the City. He soon after created Burberry's first ever ready to wear jewelry collection. 2010 was an amazing year for Alexis, as he was awarded the honor of winning the Accessory Designer of the Year award from the CFDA counsel.
