Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you purchased, but if something isn’t right, let us know. Lane-Knight gladly accepts returns of unused & unworn merchandise within 21 days of receipt for LaneKnight.com purchases, and 14 days of receipt for merchandise purchased at our store front. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you’d rather have a refund, we’ll take care of that, too. Returns or exchanges for used merchandise will not be accepted. Merchandise purchased with a promotional discount may be returned for a store credit only. Sale items are considered final sale. Although we check all merchandise for defects prior to shipment, note that it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Note that shipping costs incurred for returns are not refundable.
For mail returns: Place the merchandise in a box or a bubble mailer with your original receipt, then send the box/mailer back to us via insured mail to the address below. Lane-Knight does not accept liability for returned items that are lost. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded with a store credit. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Once the refund or exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders that qualified for free shipping, up to $15 will not be reimbursed in order to cover our cost of the original shipment depending on the reason for the return.
For mail exchanges: Check the "exchange" box on your original receipt, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the receipt along with your merchandise in a box or bubble mailer and ship it to the address below via insured mail. Lane Knight does not accept liability for returned items that are lost. We’ll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. Shipping costs are not refundable. Exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
